tick|tick|tick was produced for the MAPSION festival on the Vuojoki Mansion in Eurajoki, Finland, in October 2023.

The work is a single channel edit of different moments that experiments with what I might refer to as the “Building Specific” style of European Mapping.

William Burroughs’ voice asks the question “is this machine recording?” as the program ends…..

It is produced intentionally as a piece that will sit within a larger program of festival pieces.
